Thanks to all who attended our seminar on April 29. We shared ideas on how to prepare for buying and selling, and investing in general. Questions were raised about today’s hot market and the trend we are in; as well as special considerations during multiple offer situations.
Our RBC partners showed various ways to access equity in existing owned properties and how to leverage one’s assets to diversify financial portfolios through real estate investment.
